They then told him on the voicemail the address was undeliverable even though it was correct and very obvious and I had to call them again to give them the address to the HQ because they don’t deliver to my house and didn’t offer any other options.Īnnoyed, I then called HQ to discover nobody would be there to receive the package and that’s when I found out that in the 20 minutes I’d spent talking to my husband and calling his other work location, they still hadn’t even sent my package out for delivery anyway.
